This Seattle View Makes Design And Marketing Feel Like Vacation

We just finished a project on Seattle’s Queen Anne Hill; a vacay within a job. Why? The view is amazing. The good news: it already has multiple offers.

Here’s our virtual tour…

5 Ideas For Decorating Small Spaces

1. Reflect it Back
When small spaces seem tight, reflect light with large mirror and shiny objects.

2. Comfy And Cozy
Give a small seating group flair by adding pops of art and wall hangings. Layer pillows for extra interest, but make sure the scale of the accessories doesn’t overwhelm the furniture.

3. Find the Pattern
Sometimes just a simple, textured bedspread is the perfect finishing touch to add excitement to a room. Add patterned pillows and movement is created.
4. Create Romance
A touch of romance can come from casually slip covered chairs and an intimate table.
5. Cue from the View
An unobstructed view (no matter how large your windows are) really opens up a room. Strive to keep everything open for a studio-like floor plan. Add a well scaled bistro set to entice you outside for the view.
It is such a pleasure to work in the Pacific Northwest. This job
was easy on our eyes.
